1. Scope
This policy applies to merchants, staff, contractors, storefront customers, integrations, API clients, uploads, shared or private assets, AI-assisted drafts, exports, supplier handoffs, and all other use of Total Print Hub. It supplements the Terms of Use.
2. Lawful products and content
You must not use the service to create, market, sell, reproduce, or distribute unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, counterfeit, infringing, exploitative, or dangerous products or content. You must have permission for every logo, font, artwork, photograph, trademark, name, likeness, supplier image, and other protected material submitted by you or your customers.
3. Harmful and prohibited material
You must not upload malware, executable payloads, credential harvesters, obfuscated scripts, active SVG content, corrupted archives intended to disrupt scanning, secrets, payment-card data, authentication tokens, regulated health records, or other data the product is not designed to process. Content involving child sexual abuse, non-consensual intimate imagery, unlawful threats, targeted harassment, or instructions facilitating serious harm is prohibited.
4. Platform and tenant boundaries
You must not probe, enumerate, access, alter, or infer another merchant's products, designs, customers, orders, assets, exports, credentials, supplier connections, or operational data. You must not bypass authentication, platform billing, quotas, file scanning, signed delivery, storefront eligibility, pricing evidence, production confirmation, or role controls.
5. Automation, scraping, and excessive use
Do not scrape Shopify, WooCommerce, suppliers, shared packs, documentation, or the service outside authorised interfaces. Do not create abnormal traffic, denial-of-service conditions, abusive export workloads, artificial accounts, fraudulent installations, or automated activity that materially degrades the platform. Approved integrations must respect documented limits and retry guidance.
6. Customer, supplier, and production data
Use customer and supplier data only for the authorised order, support, fulfilment, or production purpose. Do not export or combine it for unrelated profiling, advertising, resale, surveillance, or discriminatory decision-making. Supplier credentials must belong to or be authorised for the connected merchant.
7. AI-assisted features
Do not request or use AI-assisted output for prohibited content, impersonation, fraud, infringement, or harmful deception. AI output is an editable draft and must be reviewed for rights, accuracy, spelling, suitability, resolution, and printability before publication or production.
8. Enforcement
ITLOX may reject, quarantine, restrict, preserve, or remove content; limit a workflow; require corrective action; or suspend access where reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect another tenant, comply with law, or prevent operational harm. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and a route to appeal through legal@itlox.com.
9. Reporting concerns
Report suspected abuse, infringement, cross-tenant access, or unsafe content promptly. Do not include passwords, API keys, supplier secrets, or payment details in an email.
