1. Agreement and contracting entity
These terms are a binding agreement between the Shopify or WooCommerce merchant that installs, connects, or uses Total Print Hub (Merchant or you) and ITLOX, Inc., a Delaware corporation (ITLOX). ITLOX, Inc. is the contracting entity for Total Print Hub merchants worldwide. ITLOX LTD may provide development, operations, and support as an affiliated service provider, but it is not the seller or subscription-billing entity unless a separately signed written agreement expressly says otherwise.
These terms supplement the ITLOX Terms of Service, ITLOX Acceptable Use Policy, the Total Print Hub Privacy Notice, the connected commerce platform's applicable terms, and any signed order or data-processing agreement. These product-specific terms control for Total Print Hub if there is a direct conflict.

2. Eligibility and authority
You must be at least 18, have authority to bind the Merchant, and be authorised to administer the connected Shopify or WooCommerce store. You must keep commerce-platform, supplier, and staff access secure; maintain accurate business information; and report suspected unauthorised access to security@itlox.com.
3. Licence and permitted use
Subject to these terms, the connected commerce platform's continued availability, and payment of applicable charges, ITLOX grants the Merchant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to use Total Print Hub for its own print, personalisation, promotional-product, and production workflows during the subscription.
Authorised staff and customers may use the intended merchant and storefront surfaces. You may not resell, white-label, sublicense, copy, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass access or billing controls, probe another tenant, or use the service to build a competing product except where prohibited by law or authorised in writing.
4. Merchant responsibilities
- Use the connected Shopify or WooCommerce checkout for purchases and do not bypass its payment or order workflows.
- Confirm rights for artwork, fonts, product images, supplier data, templates, and imported content packs.
- Review customer uploads, previews, AI-assisted drafts, and production files before manufacturing or supplier submission.
- Provide accurate products, print areas, mockups, colour and variant mappings, pricing rules, fulfilment information, and supplier credentials.
- Publish accurate prices, product and fulfilment information, refund rules, content rules, and customer privacy notices.
- Do not upload malware, executable SVG content, infringing or prohibited material, regulated sensitive data, or secrets inside design files.
5. Merchant and customer content
As between the parties, the Merchant retains ownership of product data, store configuration, private templates, uploaded artwork, customer designs, order resources, and other content submitted to Total Print Hub (Merchant Content). The Merchant grants ITLOX a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, copy, transform, validate, transmit, display, and otherwise process Merchant Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, and comply with law for the service.
The Merchant is responsible for a lawful basis and required notices or permissions for customer content and personal data. ITLOX does not acquire ownership of a merchant's private content.
6. ITLOX software, shared assets, and intellectual property
Total Print Hub software, code, interfaces, workflows, algorithms, documentation, branding, original mockups, shared templates, and ITLOX-created art or font packs are owned by ITLOX or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the licence expressly granted, no right, title, or interest is transferred.
Shared art, fonts, or templates may carry their own licences or restrictions. A merchant-specific recolour, layer change, or derivative is a private override and never overwrites the global shared asset. Deleting or resetting the override may restore the original. Shared packs may not be redistributed as standalone files or represented as exclusively owned by the Merchant.
7. Content rights and infringement reports
The Merchant must have permission to upload, reproduce, modify, print, sell, and fulfil each design, logo, font, photograph, supplier image, trademark, name, and other asset submitted by it or its customers. Infringement notices should be sent to legal@itlox.com with claimant contact details, the protected work or right, the exact material and location, good-faith and accuracy statements, authority, and a physical or electronic signature.
8. Production and customer approvals
Design, preflight, quote, and export tools do not replace professional production review. The Merchant must verify dimensions, bleed, safe areas, resolution, colour, separations, fonts, spelling, material compatibility, print method, quantity, price, tax, supplier requirements, and customer approval before manufacture or fulfilment. A screen preview is not a colour-accurate physical proof. ITLOX is not the manufacturer, printer, supplier, carrier, or merchant of record for customer orders.
9. Billing, plans, and taxes
Paid access is controlled by server-side entitlement checks. Shopify app subscriptions are presented and billed through Shopify. WooCommerce subscriptions are sold by ITLOX, Inc. in USD and processed through Stripe Checkout; payment methods, invoices, plan changes, and cancellation are managed through Stripe Customer Portal. ITLOX does not collect payment-card credentials through the Total Print Hub product interface. See the billing policy. The Merchant is responsible for taxes not collected by the applicable billing provider and charges arising from authorised use.
10. AI-assisted features
Optional AI features create editable drafts and suggestions, not guaranteed production art. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, infringing, or unsuitable. The Merchant must review content, rights, spelling, quality, and printability and must not treat low-quality raster output as print-ready. The AI policy forms part of these terms.
11. Acceptable use
You must not violate law or third-party rights; create or distribute malware; exploit children; produce unlawful sexual, violent, hateful, deceptive, fraudulent, or dangerous content; facilitate counterfeiting; evade sanctions; scrape Shopify, WooCommerce, or supplier data without authorisation; overload the service; bypass security, tenant, quota, billing, or production controls; or conceal secrets or executable payloads in uploads. ITLOX may quarantine content or suspend a workflow where reasonably necessary to prevent harm, investigate abuse, comply with law, or protect another tenant.
12. Third-party platforms and suppliers
Total Print Hub depends on Shopify or WooCommerce and may integrate with merchant-selected suppliers, cloud infrastructure, AI providers, and other services. Their availability, APIs, prices, data practices, and catalogues are outside ITLOX's control. The Merchant is responsible for its accounts, permissions, credentials, licences, supplier agreements, and fulfilment decisions. ITLOX does not guarantee supplier stock, turnaround, colour, quality, shipping, pricing, or acceptance.
13. Confidentiality and security
Each party must protect the other's non-public confidential information using reasonable care and use it only to perform the agreement. ITLOX maintains technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the service. The Merchant must use least-privilege commerce-platform roles, strong authentication, current devices and browsers, authorised supplier connections, and trained staff. No party can guarantee absolute security.
14. Availability, changes, and support
The service may be unavailable for maintenance, security response, third-party outages, or events beyond reasonable control. Unless a signed service-level agreement says otherwise, these terms create no uptime SLA. ITLOX may improve, replace, or discontinue features while using reasonable efforts to avoid materially reducing paid core functionality during a current billing period without notice where practicable.
Use Total Print Hub support for operational assistance. Never send passwords, API secrets, storage keys, supplier credentials, or payment details in a support message.
15. Suspension, cancellation, and data after uninstall
A Shopify merchant can cancel through Shopify or uninstall the app. A WooCommerce merchant can disconnect the connector and cancel its subscription through Stripe Customer Portal. ITLOX may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, fraud, security risk, prohibited use, legal requirement, or conduct threatening the service or another party. On termination, the licence and paid access end. Data is deleted or retained under the Privacy Notice, applicable platform privacy requests, merchant retention, backups, and lawful holds. The Merchant should export required production resources before uninstalling or disconnecting.
16. Warranties and disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Total Print Hub is provided as is and as available. ITLOX disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, and accuracy of previews, calculations, supplier data, or AI output. Mandatory statutory rights are not excluded.
17. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss, or for lost profit, revenue, goodwill, opportunity, anticipated savings, or data. ITLOX's aggregate liability relating to Total Print Hub will not exceed the greater of fees paid for the app during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or $100 USD. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
18. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, the Merchant will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ITLOX and its affiliates, personnel, and licensors against third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from Merchant Content, products or fulfilment, infringement, unlawful customer-data processing, breach of these terms, or misuse of the service. ITLOX will provide reasonable notice and cooperation.
19. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, except that ITLOX may seek urgent injunctive relief in any competent jurisdiction and mandatory local rights remain unaffected. Before filing a claim, the parties will attempt in good faith to resolve it for 30 days after written notice to legal@itlox.com.
20. General terms and changes
Neither party is liable for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control. The Merchant may not assign these terms without written consent; ITLOX may assign them to an affiliate or successor. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues. Failure to enforce is not a waiver. English controls translations. These terms, incorporated policies, platform approvals, and signed orders form the entire agreement for Total Print Hub.
ITLOX may update these terms for legal, security, platform, or product changes. Material changes receive a new effective date and, where required, notice through the connected platform or the Merchant's registered contact. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance; otherwise the Merchant must stop using and uninstall or disconnect the product.
