Copyright and Intellectual Property

1. Total Print Hub and ITLOX property

Total Print Hub software, source and object code, interfaces, workflows, product design, algorithms, documentation, original mockups, brand marks, names, website content, and ITLOX-created shared resources are owned by ITLOX LTD, ITLOX, Inc., or their licensors. Installation grants only the limited use rights stated in the Terms of Use.

2. Merchant and customer content

As between ITLOX and the merchant, the merchant retains its rights in private product data, store configuration, merchant-created templates, uploaded artwork, customer designs, order resources, production files, and other content submitted to the service. ITLOX receives only the limited permission needed to host, transform, scan, display, transmit, secure, support, and delete that content for the service.

3. Shared art and font packs

Shared platform packs may be stored once and made available read-only to authorised merchants under the applicable licence. They are not transferred to a merchant as exclusive property and may not be redistributed as standalone files. Rights notices and licence restrictions continue to apply.

4. Private derivatives and reset behaviour

If a merchant recolours art, disables or changes layers, edits a shared asset, or otherwise creates a permitted derivative, the change is saved as a tenant-private override. It replaces the shared version only in that merchant's library. Deleting the private object or choosing reset removes the override and reveals the original shared version again. A merchant cannot overwrite the global original.

5. Prepared product templates

Starter products and prepared mockup templates are copied into the merchant's workspace when adopted. The merchant can change product content, images, print sides, regions, supported methods, colours, sizes, pricing, and Shopify publishing state. Shared source resources and third-party product photography remain subject to their own rights and may not be represented as exclusively owned.

6. Customer responsibility and production

The merchant must obtain the rights needed to upload, modify, display, print, sell, and fulfil customer and merchant content. A customer upload, AI draft, preview, or successful export is not a legal clearance. The merchant must review brand, copyright, publicity, font, supplier, and other applicable rights before production.

7. Infringement notices

Send notices to legal@itlox.com with claimant contact details, the protected work or right, the exact material and location, the requested action, good-faith and accuracy statements, authority to act, and a physical or electronic signature. We may request additional information, notify the affected merchant, preserve evidence, restrict the material, or process a valid counter-notice where applicable.

8. Brand use

“Total Print Hub”, the Total Print Hub mark, and ITLOX names and marks may not be used to imply endorsement, partnership, certification, or ownership without written permission. Shopify names and marks belong to Shopify and are used only to describe interoperability.
