Quote questions
Does Total Print Hub take the payment?
No. An approved quote becomes an order in your own store: a Shopify draft order paid at Shopify's invoice checkout, or a WooCommerce order paid on WooCommerce's own pay page. The money goes where your store's money always goes.
Can I take a deposit?
Yes. Choose pay in full, a deposit with the balance later, or payment terms. A deposit is its own store order paid at once; the balance order credits it, so the totals and the tax add up to the quote.
What if my prices change after I send a quote?
A sent quote keeps its price until it expires. Before you send or turn it into an order, the Admin shows any difference from today's price list, and you keep the quoted price or make a new version.
Can a customer ask for changes?
Yes. They write what to change and can pin it on the mock-up. You answer with a new version; the link always opens the latest one and an older one says it has been replaced.
Do quotes hold stock?
No. Quote lines are custom lines in your store with no inventory link, so a quote never reserves or reduces stock.
