Our customers are merchants: businesses that run a Shopify or WooCommerce store and subscribe to Total Print Hub. A merchant's own customers are shoppers. We supply software. The merchant sells to its shoppers and is responsible for producing and delivering what they order. We are not the seller, the printer, the supplier, or the carrier of a shopper's order. A shopper with a question about an order or a design should contact the merchant's store.

A merchant's agreement for Total Print Hub is with Total Print Hub, Inc., on the Terms of Service. Shopify bills Shopify stores on the Shopify invoice. Stripe takes payment for WooCommerce and direct customers. Total Print Hub, Inc. is the seller, on a Stripe invoice and on a Shopify charge alike. Nothing on this page varies a signed agreement.

Total Print Hub, Inc. belongs to the ITLOX group through its shareholder, ITLOX, Inc.

These are the details of the two group companies themselves. ITLOX, Inc. shares its address with Total Print Hub, Inc.: notices to Total Print Hub, Inc. go to that address, as "The company" above says, and not to ITLOX Ltd.

Policies

These documents apply to the Total Print Hub service and to our websites. The Terms of Service say which document prevails if two of them conflict.

  • Data Processing Agreement: the terms on which we process shoppers' personal data on a merchant's behalf.
