1. Scope
This statement covers the Total Print Hub public website, documentation, embedded merchant administration, customer Product Studio, Gang Sheet Builder, and support pages.
2. Standard
We aim to conform with WCAG 2.2 Level AA for production public and application workflows. Accessibility is tested through semantic structure, keyboard navigation, visible focus, colour contrast, zoom and reflow, responsive layouts, labels, status messaging, reduced motion, and automated and manual checks.
3. Canvas and production tools
Visual design and measured placement can require spatial interaction. We aim to provide labelled controls for position, size, rotation, order, alignment, grouping, zoom, duplicate, and deletion so that essential changes do not depend only on drag gestures. Rulers, print areas, selection, warnings, and production status should not rely on colour alone.
4. Known limitations
Third-party Shopify, supplier, payment, AI, embedded media, uploaded merchant content, and external documentation may have accessibility characteristics outside ITLOX's control. Some complex artwork and user-supplied files may not include useful alternative text. We continue to improve the product and will describe material known limitations here when confirmed.
5. Requesting help or an accommodation
If a workflow prevents access, email support@totalprinthub.com with the page or feature, device, browser, assistive technology, expected result, and a description of the barrier. Do not send passwords, supplier credentials, private customer artwork, or payment information. We will acknowledge the request and provide an alternative path where reasonably possible.
6. Feedback
Accessibility feedback is treated as product-quality feedback and prioritised according to severity, reach, and whether it blocks a merchant, customer, or production role from completing essential work.
