Who can use TPH Supply?
Shops on a paid plan with a verified payment method and business details. It is not part of the free trial.
How is the price made?
The supplier's price for the blanks, a TPH Supply fee per supplier, shipping and tax. You see the full total before you pay, and it is checked against the supplier's live price and stock first.
Can I cancel or return an order?
An order is final once it is placed with the supplier. A supplier mistake (a wrong item, damage, a short shipment) is put right under that supplier's own policy, as a credit or a replacement. If a supplier cannot fill an order, the amount comes back to you as store credit.
Where can the blanks be shipped?
To your shop's verified business address, or to the customer of a real order in your shop.
