How does the 14-day trial work?
Every plan starts with a free trial on Shopify or WooCommerce that lasts 14 days or 10 production orders, whichever comes first. No subscription payment is due during the trial. Before you start you see the monthly price, the renewal date and how to cancel. WooCommerce uses Stripe Checkout and asks for a payment method. Cancel before the trial ends if you do not want the paid plan to begin.
Are there per-order fees or overage charges?
No per-order fees and no share of your sales. Orders are unlimited. The one usage charge is file storage above what Core or Complete includes: $25 per TB a month, billed in 100 GB steps ($2.50 each) on the monthly average. The Admin shows the storage you use. There is no hard cap.
What does unlimited mean?
Unlimited means normal use by a print business. Unlimited orders, Dedicated storage and Dedicated Branded Stores cover the everyday work of a print shop. If use goes far beyond that, we contact you first and give you 30 days; nothing is blocked without warning.
How am I billed on Shopify and on WooCommerce?
The prices are the same. On Shopify, your plan is on your Shopify invoice. On WooCommerce, Total Print Hub, Inc. bills you in USD through Stripe, with invoices, payment methods and cancellation in the Stripe customer portal. Applicable taxes are shown by the billing provider.
What does Dedicated include, and can I trial it?
Dedicated includes everything in Complete, isolated performance on your own database, priority support, 99.9% uptime, unlimited Branded Stores and unlimited storage with order files kept for 36 months. The free trial runs on standard infrastructure and does not provision a Dedicated deployment.
What is Inky AI, and what does each plan include?
Inky AI is the AI teammate for your print shop, inside Total Print Hub, for setting up products, pricing and stores from a plain request. Every plan includes monthly credits: 1,000 in Core, 3,000 in Complete, 6,000 in Dedicated. Included credits reset each month. Image generation is quoted in credits before it runs.
Is there a free plan?
No. The free trial lets you evaluate the software before paying. Reinstalling or reconnecting a store does not start a new trial.
